The fastest way to contact us correctly
The best correction path is not a vague general message. It is a report that starts from the page where the issue actually appears. When the report stays tied to the right city or mosque, review becomes faster and clearer.
That is why we recommend starting from search, opening the exact page, and sending the update from there whenever possible.
If the issue is on a city page
When the problem is related to city prayer times, the city name, the region, or the local timing context, the city page itself is the best place to begin.
A timing issue may be tied to the city selection, time zone, or calculation method, so the report needs to stay attached to the correct city from the start.
If the issue is on a mosque page
If a mosque already exists but its name is wrong, its location looks off, its details are incomplete, or its iqama or Friday information needs an update, the mosque page is the better place to begin.
The mosque page gives the clearest context: which mosque, which city, and which field needs to be corrected.
If you want to add a new mosque
Start from the correct city page and use the add-mosque flow there. This greatly reduces the risk of placing the mosque in the wrong city and helps prevent duplicates.
If you are not sure about the city name, search by district, mosque, or region first, then add the mosque from the closest correct city page.
If you notice a duplicate, weak name, or wrong placement
You can report duplicate mosques, unclear naming, wrong city placement, or Arabic and English naming issues. These reports matter because they improve search quality and reduce confusion for visitors.
The clearer the report is, the faster it can be checked and fixed.
What information helps us review faster?
The strongest report is short but specific: which page, what is wrong, what the correct form should be, and any useful local detail such as the district name, the full mosque name, or a clear local timing reference.
We do not need a long message. We need a precise one.
When does the update show up?
After review and confirmation on the correct page, the change appears in the affected page and then flows into later updates and indexing. Some fixes show faster than others depending on the data type.
The goal is not only to receive the report, but to attach it to the correct page so the visitor sees the result where it matters.
